By joining this Agreement and submitting their data on the website https://artcenter.inspiroprojects.com/ (hereinafter – the “Website”) through filling out the fields of the online application (placing an order), the User:
The User gives their consent to the processing of their personal data, namely the performance of actions specified in paragraph 3, part 1, article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”, and confirms that, by giving such consent, they are acting freely, of their own will, and in their own interest. The User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and conscious.
This User consent applies to the processing of the following personal data:

The User grants the Website https://artcenter.inspiroprojects.com/ the right to carry out the following actions (operations) with their personal data:
Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data may be carried out by the User by sending a written request to the email address artcenter@spiro.vc with the subject line: “Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing.”
The Website is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of information posted by the User on the Website, including its reproduction and distribution by any possible means.
The Website has the right to amend this Agreement. In the updated version, the date of the last revision is indicated. The new version of the Agreement enters into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new version.

This Agreement and the relations between the User and the Website arising in connection with its application are governed by the substantive and procedural law of the Russian Federation.
- confirms that the personal data provided belongs personally to them;
- acknowledges and confirms that they have carefully and fully read this Agreement and the terms contained herein regarding the processing of their personal data provided in the online application (registration) form on the Website;
- acknowledges and confirms that all provisions of this Agreement and the conditions for processing their personal data are clear to them;
- consents to the processing by the Website of the personal data provided for the purpose of User registration on the Website;
- expresses consent to the processing of their personal data without any reservations or limitations.

- Email address;
- Phone numbers;
- User’s actual residential address;
- Payment data, such as name, billing address, account number, and payment card details (including card number, expiration date, and security code) for payments processed by us. For payments processed by any third-party organizations (e.g., PayPal or Apple Pay), the handling of such data is determined by the privacy policy of the respective organizations.
The Website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including “cookie” files) through web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
