Public Offer of LLC "Restaurant of the Future"
1. General Provisions and Key Terms
1.1. Seller – Limited Liability Company “RESTAURANT OF THE FUTURE” (OGRN 1247700552417, address: 123112, Russia, Moscow, Presnensky Municipal District, Presnenskaya Embankment, building 12, room 10/45, phone: +7 916 3008340, email: larisa@spiro.vc).
1.2. Online Store – the website of LLC “RESTAURANT OF THE FUTURE” at https://artcenter.inspiroprojects.com/. The Seller conducts sales through the website, which displays the products offered, conditions for purchase, delivery, payment, returns, and exchanges.
The website is available 24/7. Working hours for order processing and fulfillment are from 09:00 to 21:00 Moscow time on business days.
1.3. Buyer – any individual or legal entity that has placed an order to purchase goods from the Seller in accordance with Section 3 of this offer.
Consumer Buyer – an individual who purchases goods for personal, family, household, or other needs not related to their entrepreneurial activities.
1.4. Offer – a public offer by the Seller to any person to conclude a sales contract under its terms (hereinafter – the “Contract”). The Offer is public (paragraph 2, Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The Offer becomes effective upon its posting on the online store website at https://artcenter.inspiroprojects.com/ and remains valid until it is withdrawn.
The Seller may change or withdraw the Offer unilaterally. All changes take effect and are deemed communicated to the Buyer when posted on the website. Orders already placed before the change or withdrawal of the Offer are executed under the terms of the Offer effective at the time of order placement.

2. Subject of the Contract
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods ordered under the terms of the Offer on the online store.
2.2. Goods – any product offered by the Seller for sale on the online store website, presented in a catalog with product names, descriptions (including price, manufacturer information, service life, warranty, etc.) and photos. The current version of the catalog is available at https://artcenter.inspiroprojects.com/. All products are non-food items.

3. Procedure for Concluding the Contract, Placing an Order
3.1. Acceptance of the Offer occurs at the moment the Buyer places an order with the Seller. From that moment, the Contract is considered concluded.
3.2. The Buyer can place an order by phone during the online store’s working hours or independently via the website order form. Orders can be placed for any goods available in the Seller’s stock.
3.3. To place an order, the Buyer registers on the website independently, or a store manager registers them when taking an order by phone. A personal account is created with a unique login and password.
3.4. When placing an order, the Buyer provides the Seller with their full name (or company name), contact phone number, email address, delivery address, desired delivery date and time, delivery method, and payment method. These preferences are chosen considering the Offer conditions and delivery areas and schedules posted on the website.
3.5. An order is considered placed:
  • Upon clicking the “Confirm Order” button on the final stage of online order placement. Within four (4) business hours, a manager contacts the Buyer to confirm product availability, provide the order number, and arrange delivery;
  • Upon oral confirmation by phone or written confirmation via messenger. The order is considered confirmed once the manager verifies product availability, confirms the total cost, collects all delivery information, and provides the Buyer with the order number.
3.6. To confirm the order and conclude the Contract under the Offer terms, the Seller sends the order date and number via email and phone provided by the Buyer.
3.7. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they:
  • Are legally competent or authorized to order on behalf of a legal entity;
  • Have read the current version of the Offer and agree to its terms;
  • Undertake to pay for and accept the ordered goods;
  • Have provided accurate information during registration and order placement;
  • Provide personal data (full name, phone number, email, delivery address) to the Seller for processing to conclude and execute the Contract;
  • Consent to processing personal data for sending marketing messages, surveys, prize draws, and customer satisfaction monitoring;
  • Give preliminary consent to receive promotional emails and SMS messages at the contacts provided. Consent may be withdrawn by notifying the Seller in writing via email.

4. Order Price and Payment
4.1. The order price consists of the product price determined unilaterally by the Seller.
4.2. The Buyer may pay non-cash. Payment method is chosen during order placement considering Russian legal limits on cash payments.
4.3. The Buyer must make full prepayment within 24 hours of order placement. Payment is considered completed upon receipt of the full prepayment on the Seller’s account. If payment is not received within this period, the order is considered canceled, and the Seller notifies the Buyer via email and SMS.

5. Delivery and Provision of Goods
5.1. General Provisions
5.1.1. Tickets and gift certificates are sold exclusively on https://artcenter.inspiroprojects.com/.
5.2. Tickets
5.2.1. Tickets are issued exclusively in electronic form.
5.2.2. After payment confirmation, the ticket is sent to the Buyer via:
  • WhatsApp or Telegram (to the provided number/account);
  • Email provided during order placement.
  • 5.2.3. The electronic ticket is considered received upon being sent via the chosen channel.
5.3. Gift Certificates
5.3.1. Can be issued in two forms:
  • Electronic certificate – sent via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email within 24 hours of payment confirmation;
  • Physical certificate – delivered by courier to the address specified by the Buyer.
  • 5.3.2. Cost and courier delivery time depend on the delivery region.
  • 5.3.3. Risk of accidental loss or damage to the physical certificate transfers to the Buyer upon courier handover.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations
6.1. If the Seller identifies unavailability of the ordered product, they notify the Buyer by phone. The Buyer may replace or cancel unavailable items.
6.2. The Buyer may cancel the order by phone or email before delivery. No payment is required unless the Buyer is a non-consumer and the order is already in transit.
6.3. Refunds for canceled orders are made to the same account used for payment within seven (7) business days.
6.4. Changes to the order are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Adjustments to pre-paid orders are made with notification of additional payment or refund.

7. Ticket and Certificate Returns and Exchanges
7.1. The Buyer’s rights are governed by the Civil Code, Russian consumer protection law, and other applicable acts.
Tickets
7.2. Tickets may be returned within 14 calendar days of purchase but no later than 5 days before the event.
7.3. A written request must include full name, order number and date, payment date, and the ticket.
7.4. Refunds are made within 10 calendar days to the original payment account or another specified by the Buyer.
Gift Certificates
7.5. Non-refundable, except as stated in 7.6.
7.6. Refunds apply if a certificate for a specific event is canceled due to the Seller’s fault.
7.7. Open-date certificates are valid for 3 months from the sale date. After expiration, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or extended.
7.8. Resale without written Seller consent is prohibited.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Matters not covered by the Offer are governed by Russian law.
